Hi I’m Marcie,

Owner and Lead floral designer here at Marcella in Bloom. My team and I travel all over South Wales, sometimes a little further afield to create florals for your big life events.

Welcome to my flowery corner of the internet, I can’t wait to chat all things flowers with you. I really hope I can help demystify the world of wedding flowers for you and you partner. I have nearly a decade of experience working in the beautiful wedding industry, so trust me when I say you are in very safe hands.

This is the home of classic, elevated, luxury wedding florals guided by the seasons.

From our initial wedding flower consultation right up to your big day I will be there to tend to every detail. I am happy to help on the day from the crack of dawn, be it straightening a wonky buttonhole right up to placing your show-stopping centrepieces.

Textural, Wild, Romantic Florals with real Impact

Your wedding florals are designed with intention, purposeful placement in every stem, influenced by your unique personalities and layered with meaningful, sentimental elements that tell your love story in the most beautiful way.

As we begin getting to know each other, it seems right to share a little of my love story too. You will find me sitting at my kitchen table with a coffee in hand and Luna at my feet. This is where, whilst chatting with you over Zoom we plan the logistics for your big day.

When I’m not flowering onsite, working quietly behind the scenes bringing everything together or conquering my fear of heights for the perfect floral ceiling installation.

This is where you’ll find me….

Outdoors, feeling most at home, drawing endless inspiration from nature with my favourite human and soul dog. Wandering through fields and woodland paths, enjoying long, slightly chaotic dog walks in South Wales with the best dog in the world. If you share your life with a Labrador or any pet for that matter, you’ll understand the joy, the mess, and the magic that comes with it.

These quiet, everyday moments, rooted in connection & creativity, are what shape the way I design florals for your wedding day.

“I can't explain how much thought and work she put into listening and planning our wedding flower arrangements. She did a venue walk around and offered opinions and ideas that were so creative and she was able to make our ideas into a reality. She worked so incredibly hard leading up to the wedding and on the day. Everything so so magical and perfect, I can not recommend her enough... Marcie included so many little details and touches to our wedding that brought the whole thing together. I will be forever grateful for such a beautiful wedding- Thank you so much Marcie!!”

We had the best experience with Marcie is so thorough and imaginative! Even when we couldn’t see the vision, Marcie created multiple mood boards which made matters so much easier for us. Not only that, I had changed my mind multiple times regarding colours, yet nothing was a problem for Marcie. Our day was honestly wonderful, if we didn’t have the floral arrangements (which given my husband’s choice, would have happened) it would not have been half as special as what it was! The following day our guests got to take bunches of flowers home which were left over from our big day, so even after working extremely hard for the main day, Marcie returned the following morning to create multiple bouquets for our guests to keep. A wonderful touch!! We will be forever thankful for the display that was created on our special day, thank you Marcie!!
